I recently had a stay at So/Auckland, and it was mostly good, although there were a few hiccups. The customer service was really good, with friendly staff who went above and beyond. The dining options had an amazing view, but some amenities fell short of expectations. Overall, I enjoyed my time but hope for improvements in some areas.

I had a pretty good time at SO/Auckland! The lobby was super lively and fun, which immediately put me in a great mood. My room was lovely, with comfy beds and beautiful decor, but I did wish for a socket near the mirror for my hair tools. The restaurant on the 15th floor had amazing food and stunning views, but it got a bit noisy on Friday night. Overall, it was a solid experience with easy checkout, and I’m already planning my next stay.
